We have a very strict quality check done on all suits before they are delivered, and we do not ship defective goods. Exchanges are situation specific and will be determined by the support team on duly assessing the complaint.
Pretty Libaas selects the best of Pakistani brands and acts as a vendor between brands and customers. Our commitment is to include the highest quality Pakistani suits at best prices. Pretty Libaas, on the other hand, would not be held liable for any limitations imposed by brands or designers.
Customers are advised to learn about the brand and its market position before making a purchase.
If the support team wishes to go ahead with the swap for non-damaged goods, the sum will be changed in the new product price.

- After using Results, Pretty Libaas will not take ownership of any item.
In the event of a refund/exchange decided by the support team (government taxes and duties will be adjusted and charged accordingly) and customers should take note of the following.
- Customers will have to return the product at their own cost, which is non-refundable.
- The issue should be raised within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- The product should be returned to us within 7 working days of the agreed exchange.
- Exchanges of goods can only be made up to two times. No More products can be exchanged on the basis of the flexibility of 2 exchanges.
- All requests for exchange/return must be made within three days of the delivery of the parcel.
Any delay would go against the policies of companies. Only genuine cases of exchange and returns will be considered (the support team will make a call to the dispute/complaint/issue raised by the customer)
NOTE: Stitching service is not available on COD orders and Stitched products cannot be returned or exchanged. COD Available on orders below 5000 INR.
